Associate Director - Investment Banking Advisory

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/banking/investment/transaction advisory (for undergraduate degree holders); OR 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/banking/investment/transaction advisory (for graduate degree holders).

PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (“BRIDS”) - Investment Banking - Advisory Division is opening a vacancy for an Associate Director/Assistant Vice President role to help us execute M&A transactions & Corporate Finance assignments. 

BRIDS is consistently involved in some of the most important tasks in our country: 

• Managing the acquisition of shares in one of the largest gold and copper mining companies in Indonesia.
• The largest telecommunications company in Indonesia acquiring a company that owns over 1,000 towers across Indonesia.
• Raising equity for a toll road company and supporting financing for the development of the Trans Java Toll Road.

In addition to M&A transaction assignments, we also collaborate with companies and SOEs, assisting with their Corporate Finance/Investment Assessments to develop sound financial decisions and create value.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall project execution, including managing the team and determining the strategic direction of the project.
• Analyze and evaluate the historical business/financial performance and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
• Review the preparation of financial projection models, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the project or investment needs.
• Conduct Valuation and/or Investment Assessment, including providing strategic recommendations to management or shareholders.
• Develop transaction structures considering risks, benefits, and optimizing the interests of all parties involved.
• Develop negotiation strategies and engage in transaction negotiations.
• Provide reports and recommendations to senior management and/or the board of directors regarding project progress, challenges, and further strategies.

We handle a number of healthy projects and work on 30+ assignments/transactions every year that will provide you with significant exposure to first-hand transaction execution.
